Put your money into the most important piece of equipment you own: YOUR BODY.
- Increase distance and accuracy.
- Increase club head speed.
Improve your game by improving your body. Most deficiencies in golf are due to mechanics, not equipment. Let us help you figure out your specific limitations and teach you how to correct them so you can MOVE BETTER, FEEL BETTER, GOLF BETTER.
Lone Peak Physical Therapy’s GolfFIT program is unique in that we evaluate your body and your swing individually and then develop a program for you built around your specific needs. So many of the golf programs out there offer generic swing fixes and push a list of exercises that is so extensive it takes longer to warm up than to actually play a round. Our golf specialist will perform a detailed analysis of your personal swing and of your body’s unique limitations that are inhibiting your golf game. We will then develop a specific plan built around you that can be performed in a reasonable amount of time. This direct approach translates into immediate and noticeable improvements in your swing and in your overall golf game.
We work closely with several teaching pros in the area and they have found that their golf students make improvements much faster when we address specific body limitations that are inhibiting what the pros are trying to teach. Life is too short to play bad golf. Let our experts start you on the road to a single digit handicap.
