Bryan Stevens, Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Before joining our team, Bryan was living outside of Philadelphia where he was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at West Chester University. While there he coached multiple athletic teams in the weight room. Prior to that Bryan worked at the University of Denver as a member of the Sports Performance staff working with each athletic team as well as several NHL players during their offseason. Bryan earned his Master’s in Exercise Science and was a Graduate Assistant at Springfield College in charge of Football, Women’s Lacrosse, and Wrestling. While at Springfield College he completed internships at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst working with Football and Men’s Ice Hockey as well as at The Citadel working with Football, Women’s Volleyball, and Men’s Basketball. Before his time at Springfield College Bryan worked at Washington College as an Assistant Sports Performance Coach. Drawing on his six years of collegiate experience, Bryan develops client focused, performance driven training programs that progress each person forward towards success in their sport or fitness goals. Strong communication, leads to lasting relationships that enables him to educate and motivate clients through each step, making their goals attainable.
