This class is designed for women who are ready to get back into the gym and return to regular exercise. It focuses specifically on pelvic floor activation, abdominal and whole-body strength over a six-week program. Participants will be instructed in a small setting to ensure movements are being executed safely and efficiently. Be a part of a community of women learning, encouraging, and promoting positive growth. Please complete and bring the Generalized Screening Questionnaire before class.
