The Lone Peak team is made up of orthopedic experts, with decades of experience and advanced training in biomechanics, functional training, sports medicine and rehabilitation. Our therapists specialize in Applied Functional Science (AFS), and they continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in both rehabilitation and training. When you walk through our doors you will clearly see what makes us different. Our team of movement specialists love what they do and it shows.

 

Belgrade

  • Joshua Green, MPT, FAFS

    Joshua Green, MPT, FAFS

    Josh earned his Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mary in 2001. His specialties include orthopedics, sports medicine and sports enhancement training. Josh’s focus is on improving everyone's ability to" live better" with functional rehabilitation and injury prevention and empowerment of his patients

    Josh is an expert in the field of Applied Functional Science (AFS). He completed a one year post graduate fellowship program through the Gray Institute in 2010, becoming a certified “GIFT” fellow. Josh is also certified with the Nike 360 Golf Functional Performance System.

    Josh enjoys working with athletes of all levels as well as patients with chronic orthopedic dysfunctions. 

    Outside of work, Josh enjoys skiing, rafting, kayaking, camping and spending time outdoors with his family. 

     

  • Shelli Stevenson, DPT, CAFS

    Shelli Stevenson, DPT, CAFS

    Shelli Stevenson completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University in 2007. She completed her Associate of Allied Health at Southern Adventist University in 2004 and earned her Bachelors of Science in Health Science in 2007.  Shelli has worked in a variety of outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinics throughout her career.  Shelli joined the Lone Peak Physical Therapy team in April of 2013.

     

    Shelli has experience in treating orthopedic and sports related injuries, spine rehabilitation, vestibular dysfunction, headaches and tempomandibular dysfunction. Shelli is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, Certified ASTYM provider, and a Certified Applied Functional Science specialist.  Shelli enjoys incorporating her physical therapy skills into her passion for Crossfit, cycling, and other outdoor mountain sports.  She strives to individualize her treatments to meet each person’s goals. Shelli is an active member in the American Physical Therapy Association and the United States Cycling Association.

     

    Shelli is married to Jesse McClung, who is a local dentist. They enjoy spending time riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes in the summer months. In the winter months, you can find them snowboarding at Big Sky or playing in the backcountry.   

  • Mark Bittinger D.P.T.

    Mark Bittinger D.P.T.

    Mark Bittinger completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Winston-Salem State University in 2015 and his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2011. He joined the team at Lone Peak Physical Therapy in February of 2015. 

    Mark enjoys empowering his patients by providing a personalized and educational physical therapy experience centered around his patient’s specific goals. He is a Certified Applied Functional Science specialist. He enjoys working with patients of all different ages with orthopedic and sports related injuries.

    In his free time, Mark enjoys getting out into the mountains skiing or backpacking. He enjoys playing various sports and is always up for trying new ones. Mark recently started playing hockey and can’t get enough of the sport.

  • Dade Smith, D.P.T.

    Dade Smith, D.P.T.

    Dade Smith, D.P.T. joined the team at Lone Peak Physical Therapy and returned home after completing his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at Regis University. He spent the last five years honing his skills in the Boulder and Golden, CO area with an active community. His interest to join this practice comes from a personal desire to be a part of a dynamic team who focuses on a sound set of practice core values. These include using current best evidence to guide individual care for each of his patients, promoting leadership and autonomy in PT practice, encouraging altruism, and collaborating with other expert physical therapists and healthcare professionals that ultimately leads to the achievements of the desired goals for his patients. He enjoys seeing patients with a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries and has a particular interest in promoting health and preventing injuries in our active Gallatin Valley patient population. He routinely uses a combination of manual therapy, including Trigger Point Dry Needling, and exercises to accomplish these excellent patient outcomes.

    Based upon his experiences as an NCAA athlete at Gonzaga University and an active individual, he has a unique insight in helping his patients set and achieve their personal performance goals. He prides himself in educating patients on the benefits of physical therapy and exercise throughout the course of treatment. His focus on education provides patients with the knowledge and skills needed to be their own advocates for their health and prevention of injury re-occurrence. 

    When not in the office you can find Dade enjoying being back in the Gallatin Valley and enjoying all that it has to offer. He has enjoyed exploring the area with his wife, Michaela, and dog, Dutch. He enjoys mountain biking, fly fishing, snowboarding, and hunting.

    Allie Epstein D.P.T.

    Alexandra “Allie” Epstein D.P.T. received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 and Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Movement Science in 2014 from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. She has been a member of Lone Peak Physical Therapy team since the Fall of 2016.

    She is currently pursuing her Certification in Applied Functional Science. Allie is passionate about empowering her patients, delivering the highest quality care, and ultimately maximizing functional outcomes to help patients not only succeed, but excel in therapy and beyond. 

    Allie grew up on a farm in a small town on the East Coast, and most recently hails from Northern Virginia. She is an avid world traveler and outdoor enthusiast. When not in the clinic you can find her skiing, foxhunting, biking and paddleboarding.

    Bo Selvig D.P.T.

    Bo Selvig received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND in 2014. Prior to graduate school he received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mary in 2011. Bo began working for Lone Peak Physical Therapy in June of 2014.

    He is an avid sports fan and enjoys working with athletes and enjoys watching the local athletic programs compete. Also, in his free time, Bo likes staying active with outdoor sports, playing basketball, and spending time with his black lab, Summit.

    Jessica Hamel CPT

    Jessica is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a Licensed Massage Therapist.  She uses a holistic approach with her clients, working together to meet goals and support a healthy lifestyle. 

    Jessica was born and raised on a farm in Pennsylvania.  With a childhood full of the joys of farm work she fell in love with being outdoors.  Jessica became a therapeutic wilderness guide, working with youth and adults, teaching primitive survival skills, commuication, leadership and the values of community.  Her passion for the outdoors brought her to Big Sky Montana in 2008 where she decided to work with people in a different way - through massage and training.  Jessica enjoys working with all ages, helping individuals reach personal goals by leading a strong and a balanced life. 

    Jess has been with our team as a personal trainer in Big Sky since 2013.

    Zach Wolfe CPT

    Health and fitness are by all means a part of Zach Wolfe. Coming from a background of obesity, Zach understands how bad habits can seem as though they are taking over one’s life. The good news is, these bad habits can be turned into good ones. Zach's ultimate goal; help others achieve their health and fitness goals, as well as the quality of their day to day lives, by aiding them in turning bad habits into good ones. Too live long and well is both a gift and hard work.

  • Megan Gorder CPT

    Megan Gorder CPT

    Megan is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, PiYo LIVE and P90X LIVE certified group fitness instructor, and an online health and fitness coach.  She started on her health and fitness journey in 2014 and fell in love with sharing it with others.   

     

    Megan is originally from North Dakota, but has called Montana home since 2005.  Her love of the mountains and being outdoors brought her here.  Megan has a degree in Environmental Studies from Montana State University and a Geographic Information Systems graduate certificate from the University of North Dakota.  In the winter you can find her outside on her snowmobile or snowboard.  In the summer she enjoys mountain biking, dirt biking, hiking, riding horses, hunting, and just about anything on the water.  

Big Sky

    Heidi Bowman, DPT, CAFS

    Heidi Bowman completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Montana in 2011 and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University in 2005.  She has been working for Lone Peak Physical Therapy since 2011.  Her PT philosophy is to give you the individualized tools and techniques to get you back to doing what you love to do. 

    Her professional interests include orthopedic rehabilitation and she has completed specialized training for the treatment of women pre and post-partum.  She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Applied Functional Science specialist, and is a certified ASTYM provider. 

    In her free time she enjoys downhill and cross-county skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and being outside with her husband and friends.  

  • Eileen Coil, OTR/L, MOT

    Eileen Coil, OTR/L, MOT

    Eileen Coil obtained her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University in 2006. Prior to OT school, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Development from Montana State University in 2002.  

    She began working at Lone Peak Physical Therapy in 2013.  She specializes in upper extremity rehabilitation and is a certified ASTYM provider.  Eileen also has experience working as an OT in acute care settings, ergonomics, geriatrics, neurological rehabilitation, burn recovery and wound care.  

    Her OT philosophy is to provide individualized top notch care with emphasis on functional treatment to promote return to work and play.

    In her free time, Eileen loves to explore the rivers and peaks of Montana with her husband Jesse and their dog Ruby.  She enjoys yoga, alpine and nordic skiing, and attempting to garden in Big Sky.

  • Mary Marshall, DPT, OCS, CSCS

    Mary Marshall, DPT, OCS, CSCS

    Mary Marshall graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010 from the Univeristy of Montana and has worked at Lone Peak Physical Therapy since 2014.  Since graduating she became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  Mary has a Bachelor of Science with Psychology and Biochemistry majors from the University of Tasmania.

    Mary has worked primarily in orthopedic outpatient settings and really enjoys helping people progress through the stages of healing to get back to activities they love to do.  Mary individualizes treatment and gives patients the education and skills to accelerate healing and be empowered to maintain healthy living.  Mary treats a broad spectrum of orthopedic conditions, sports related injuries, women’s health and is certified in IMS functional dry needling for trigger point release. 

    Mary is a PSIA level III Alpine and Telemark instructor and Clinician in both disciplines for the Northern Rocky Mountain Division.  She likes to integrate her skiing experience with Physical Therapy and you may find her leading clinics on biomechanics of skiing, or presenting on ski injury prevention.

    Mary is married to Tom and has a baby boy, Cameron, and two cats. When she has spare time, Mary likes to be outdoors, particularly skiing, rafting or mountain biking, but will also spend time doing yoga, going to the gym, and playing the piano.

  • Jay Griffith D.P.T.

    Jay Griffith D.P.T.

    Jay attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012.  His undergraduate degree in Exercise Science was earned at Utah State University in 2008.

    Jay is committed to providing the best quality patient centered care for Billings.  Whether his clients are passionate runners or spend hours on the ranch, his goal is to provide them with the ability to move better so that they can live better.  His passion is in finding the root cause of the impairment enabling clients to heal faster and return to everyday life.

    Jay is a Certified Applied Functional Science specialist and has experience with overuse injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports related injuries, as well as lower extremity related issues such as running. He is also an active member of the Billings Chamber of Commerce.

    When Jay is not helping others live the active Montana lifestyle, he is living it.  You can find him and his lovely wife floating the Big Horn, hiking the hills, hitting the slopes, or just taking his dog for a walk.  Let Jay and Lone Peak Physical Therapy get you back to moving better, feeling better, and living better!

  • Ginger Terry CPT

    Ginger Terry CPT

    Ginger grew up in Butte, Montana where she started coaching soccer at 18 years old. Her and her husband moved to Great Falls to coach soccer in 2007 and then to Bozeman in 2010. She worked for Bobcat Athletics and as a Personal Trainer for Montana State while earning her degree in Kinesiology at MSU. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Exercise Trainers Association and holds a National D Coaching License through U.S. Soccer. She trains clients with a full body approach directed towards each client’s needs and goals, while supporting a healthy lifestyle outside the gym. If she is not out fishing, skiing, or trail running, you can find Ginger on the soccer pitch.

  • Katie Muenzberg, MSPT, OCS, FAFS

    Katie Muenzberg, MSPT, OCS, FAFS

    Katie earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in 1999. Her specialties include orthopedics, sports medicine and sports enhancement training. Katie has over 15 years of working as a Physical Therapist, 12 of those years here in Bozeman. 

    Katie has been a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist since 2010 and she is an expert in the field of Applied Functional Science. Katie completed a one-year post-graduate fellowship program through the Gray Institute in 2012, becoming a certified GIFT fellow.

    John David Jordan, DPT, CAFS

    J.D. Jordan completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Montana in 2009 and his Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2005.  He has been a member of Lone Peak Physical Therapy since 2012. He believes in educating his patients about their injury and the rehabilitation process, all with the goal of promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.

    His professional interests include orthopedic, post-operative, and sports injuries with special interests in cycling and climbing. He is a Certified Applied Functional Science Specialist and a certified Astym® provider. 

    In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, climbing, fishing, climbing, and nordic skiing.

  • J.R. Gustafson MOTR/L

    J.R. Gustafson MOTR/L

    J.R. earned his Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Development with an emphasis on community health and exercise science from Montana State University in 2012. He earned his Masters of Occupational Therapy at Midwestern University 2015. Prior to working at Lone Peak Physical Therapy, J.R. interned in various OT clinic settings including Billings Clinic (acute care), Mericopa Burn Center, and Lone Peak Physical Therapy. During his graduate education he worked as an anatomy fellow, teaching graduate students anatomy and physiology.

    J.R.'s passion and professional focus is hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. His goal is to help patients return to their cherished occupations and promote positive health fundamentals.

    As for fun, J.R. loves all things Hockey, and if he's not watching or playing, you can find him enojoying all Montana has to offer: hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, cross country skiing, and anything else that gets him outside.

    Emma Kellner, DPT, SCS

    Emma earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in 2009. Emma has over 6 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic and sports medicine settings. She is a board-certified Sports Medicine Specialist and her focus is on empowering people to restore full function and return to active lifestyles. Emma is originally from Bozeman and is pleased to share her passion for rehabilitation with her hometown. Emma enjoys working with athletes of all levels, as well as patients with chronic orthopedic dysfunctions.  

    Outside of work, Emma enjoys hiking and skiing with her husband and two young children.

Tami has been serving our Bozeman PT patients since 2008.

    Allie Brook - Patient Coordinator

    Allie joined the Lone Peak Physical Therapy team in December 2016. Prior to that, she worked as a Physical Therapist Aide in Portland, Oregon for over 8 years. Having a Physical Therapist for a mom, Allie essentially grew up in PT clinics. You’ll find her at the front desk helping with phones, scheduling, billing questions, and more. She is fluent in the language of insurance, and can help you understand your coverage and benefits before your first visit. 

Butte

    Beth Salusso, DPT, CAFS

    Beth Salusso completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Montana in 2006, and earned her Bachelors degree in Applied Health Science from Montana Tech in 2002. She worked in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Butte since 2006, and joined Lone Peak Physical Therapy in 2013 

    Her professional interests include women's health and orthopedic rehabilitation.  She has completed certification in pelvic physical therapy, completed courses for Applied Functional Science, and is a Graston certified.

    In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, hiking, camping and fishing.  She loves living in Montana.

    Ashley Wold, DPT, CAFS

    Ashley Wold was born and raised in Butte, Montana. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011 from the University of Montana and her Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science from Montana Tech in 2008.  She started her career in the Gallatin Valley working for Yellowstone Physical Therapy before returning to her hometown and beginning work at Lone Peak Physical Therapy.

    A lifelong passion for athletics and human anatomy, as well as a personal experiences with knee, foot, and shoulder injuries and rehabilitation, drew her to the physical therapy profession. Her professional focus has been in orthopedics, with a special interest in pre/postpartum women’s health, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation. Ashley’s treatment philosophy is to use her skills to assist patients in their recovery, while simultaneously educating and empowering them to take an active role in improving and staying healthy. Bringing to the table her years of experience and education, she strives to bring the best care to her patients to improve their overall health and quality of life.

    Ashley has furthered her professional education through numerous conferences and training courses to update her orthopedic skills for treatment of spine, sports, orthopedics, manual therapy and women’s health.

    In her free time Ashley enjoys running, hiking, golfing, rafting, gardening and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

    Mike earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science in 2009.  His undergraduate degree in Human Biological Science was also earned at the University of Montana in 2005.  He has been a part of the Lone Peak Physical Therapy team since 2012.  

    Mike is passionate about educating patients about their injury and empowering them to reach the highest level of recovery.

    Mike is a Certified Applied Functional Science specialist and has experience treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, as well as vestibular dysfunction and headaches.  He is also a Certified ASTYM provider which is effective in treating chronic, long-standing injuries.  He is also an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. 

    Outside of work, Mike enjoys mountain biking, hiking, skiing, snowboarding and camping with his wife and two children.

    Tori St. Don D.P.T.

    Tori received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013 from the University of Montana and has worked with Lone Peak Physical Therapy since 2015. She has a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from the University of California, San Diego.

    Tori is seeking her certification in Applied Functional Science and utilizes the Sahrmann Movement System to treat orthopedic conditions. Tori also has a focus in neurologic conditions including balance and vestibular impairments and chronic progressive disease. She is dedicated to helping people of all levels get back to the activities they enjoy and has a passion for assisting individuals with disabilities in participating in their desired recreational activities. She has been an Eagle Mount Ski Program volunteer, has traveled to Thailand to volunteer in physical therapy and teach, and created a wheelchair basketball team in Missoula.

    She enjoys mountain biking, hiking, running and boating. She lives with her husband, dog, and cat in Bozeman.

    Sara Bell D.P.T. earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri School of Health Professions in 2010.  Her undergraduate degree is in Exercise Science, and was earned at Dakota State University in 2007.  She has been a part of the Lone Peak Physical Therapy team since 2015.

    Sara is a Certified Applied Functional Science specialist, and her professional interests include treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. Sara enjoys getting outdoors when not at work backpacking, trail running, hiking and skiing. She lives with her husband in Bozeman.
