Tommy is an area local and went to high school just south of Bozeman in Big Sky, MT. He completed his undergrad at Montana State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree at the University of Montana in 2019 (but don’t worry, he is a Bobcat through and through).
Tommy treats a host of orthopedic and sports related injuries and has a passion for helping people return to all of the outside activities Montana has to offer. He draws from his experience as a Certified Strengthening and Conditions Specialist to incorporate patients’ goals into an active treatment approach. Tommy has a passion for golf and loves getting people back out on the course; he uses a biomechanical approach to the golf swing that helps improve his patients’ golf game. When not in clinic, Tommy likes to maximize Montana summers by golfing, hiking, and being near any body of water with his friends and his wife.

Trent also met his wife, a fellow MSU graduate, in Kalispell and they now have two young children. Trent and his wife are both born and raised Montanans and enjoy anything that will get them outside such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting and camping.
Jesa Marsh earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Montana in 2016 and a Health Sciences degree from Carroll College in 2011. She is a southwest Montana native who has a passion for learning and education. Jesa enjoys treating people of all ages and activity levels, and focuses on getting to know the person in order to guide a treatment plan to suit the individual, not the masses. Jesa specializes in treatment of orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation to promote her patients’ return to the activities they love.
Outside of Lone Peak, Jesa enjoys running, hiking, helping on the family ranch, and taking her two Springer Spaniels on adventures with her boyfriend Zach.
Dade Smith, D.P.T. joined the team at Lone Peak Physical Therapy and returned home after completing his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at Regis University. He spent the last five years honing his skills in the Boulder and Golden, CO area with an active community. His interest to join this practice comes from a personal desire to be a part of a dynamic team who focuses on a sound set of practice core values. These include using current best evidence to guide individual care for each of his patients, promoting leadership and autonomy in PT practice, encouraging altruism, and collaborating with other expert physical therapists and healthcare professionals that ultimately leads to the achievements of the desired goals for his patients. He enjoys seeing patients with a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries and has a particular interest in promoting health and preventing injuries in our active Gallatin Valley patient population. He routinely uses a combination of manual therapy, including Trigger Point Dry Needling, and exercises to accomplish these excellent patient outcomes.
Based upon his experiences as an NCAA athlete at Gonzaga University and an active individual, he has a unique insight in helping his patients set and achieve their personal performance goals. He prides himself in educating patients on the benefits of physical therapy and exercise throughout the course of treatment. His focus on education provides patients with the knowledge and skills needed to be their own advocates for their health and prevention of injury re-occurrence.
When not in the office you can find Dade enjoying being back in the Gallatin Valley and enjoying all that it has to offer. He has enjoyed exploring the area with his wife, Michaela, and dog, Dutch. He enjoys mountain biking, fly fishing, snowboarding, and hunting.
