Brooke joined the Lone Peak Physical Therapy team in July of 2020 as a Patient Coordinator. Brooke is currently a Patient Coordinator at our Four Corners clinic in Bozeman.

Samantha graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, and furthered her education at Governors State University where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014. She joined the Lone Peak Physical Therapy Four Corners team in September 2020.
Samantha has spent her career as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic setting working with patients of all age ranges and fitness levels. Samantha believes that truly learning about and investing in her patients achieves peak outcomes. Using manual techniques, rehabilitation, and education, she loves to empower people to meet their personal goals . Samantha has advanced training in the Mckenzie Method, Graston Technique, and manual therapy through NAIOMT. She has a special passion for treating the Spine.
In her personal life, Samantha enjoys hiking, running, yoga, cooking, and is an avid reader. She loves to spend time with friends and family, as well as her dog, Maple.
Sara Bell D.P.T. earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri School of Health Professions in 2010. Her undergraduate degree is in Exercise Science, and was earned at Dakota State University in 2007. She has been a part of the Lone Peak Physical Therapy team since 2015.
Sara is a Certified Applied Functional Science specialist and certified in dry needling techniques. Her professional interests include treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. She is passionate about empowering people with pain and/or injury with exercise and movement-based tools to move better and feel better. Sara enjoys getting outdoors when not at work trail running, training for ultra-marathons, hiking and skiing. She lives with her husband and two dachshunds in Bozeman.
Tori received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013 from the University of Montana and has worked with Lone Peak Physical Therapy since 2015. She has a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from the University of California, San Diego.
Tori is certified in Applied Functional Science and functional dry needling. She loves working with people on challenging, chronic spine pain from neck, headache and jaw pain through the low back. Tori and the Four Corner’s team are committed to being the first stop for the community with pain concerns and questions about how to overcome obstacles to moving and living better.
She enjoys all forms of skiing, mountain biking, hiking, running and boating. Tori lives with her husband, dog, and cat in Bozeman.
J.D. Jordan completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Montana in 2009 and his Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2005. He has been a member of Lone Peak Physical Therapy since 2012. He believes in educating his patients about their injury and the rehabilitation process, all with the goal of promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
His professional interests include orthopedic, post-operative, and sports injuries with special interests in cycling and climbing. He is a Certified Applied Functional Science Specialist and a certified Astym® provider.
In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, climbing, fishing, climbing, and nordic skiing.
